Tonight was circuit training. Like
the last time we did it, it was hard and it was challenging. We had to jump rope around a basketball court twice in between each station. Ye gads, skipping just kills me. In fact, I slowed down at each station so that I could catch my breath for the next go-round the court.
Even still, I did notice an improvement. Unlike last time (which seemed nigh on impossible), this time I could complete the reps with reasonably good form.
