Today I received the best birthday presents EVAR! My mom gave me a sports watch with 12-preset interval timers and my husband gave me a swanky iPod shuffle!
Great birthday presents aside, these will totally help me in my quest for fitness. I can't wait to start training with them! :) :) :)
