Review: Dilly beloved from ESBM

I tried a new Eat, Shrink, and Be Merry recipe last night – Dilly Beloved. (I just love the names they give their dishes.)

It's a chicken dish with maple syrup, whole-grain mustard, lemon and dill. The marinade is mixed up, poured over the chicken, and left for an hour before cooking. All you do after that is pop it in the oven, marinade and all. Aside from the fact I overcooked the chicken, it was delicious and easy to make. The sauce alone is worth it and though I haven't tried it yet, it looks like it'd pare well with salmon, too. It's also a dish I'd make for guests.
